Terms and Conditions of Use
Lasersman.com's warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below: Lasersman.com ("Lasersman.com") warrants its laser product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) MONTH from the date of original retail purchase. Any defect exists, Lasersman.com will:
(1) Repair the product with no charge
(2) Exchange the product with a NEW one or other things that is functionally equivalent to the original product
(3) Refund the purchase price of the product. A replacement product/part assumes the remaining warranty of the
original product or sixty (60) days from the date of replacement or repair.
This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or non-Lasersman.com products; (b) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not an Lasersman.com Authorized Service Provider; (c) to a product or a part that has been modified without the written permission of Lasersman.com.

Shipping information
We ship our laser pointer products to all countries worldwide via USPS Priority Mail. Our products are shipped within 3-7 business days after the receipt of payment. All the shipping is free of charge.
If the laser is needed in an urgent matter, we do offer faster shipping methods such as UPS or DHL express shipping. Additional charges apply.
We offer free shipping to all over the world (regular post service only, insurance not included). And if you want a tracking number to track you order, you should pay $ 2 extra. For those whose transaction amount is above $49.95, we will offer a tracking number for free. This flat rate shipping cost is suitable for any country and any sized order.
The delivery time for Priority Mail shipping is roughly between 7-14 business days. For international orders, the shipping time is roughly between 20-50 business days (depending on your location). You will receive an email once your order ships out.
Lasersman guarantees the receipt of your order. If you do not receive your order, we will either provide a full refund or send you a replacement free of charge.
An email with your orders tracking number (depends on the total amount of your order or whether you pay for the insurance) will be sent to you after the shipment of your order. On this email, you will receive a tracking number and the carrier used to ship your order. You can track the progress of your package on USPS's webpage.
Customers can also log into their Lasersman account to check their order history. The shipping company's website and the tracking number will be provided in the order history. Customers can also contact us for tracking information.
